Your Questions
Will delivery take place on the same week of each month?
Mante Week will depend on catering events listed on the calendar, but usually third or fourth week of each month.
Will a reminder be sent to expect it each month?
Yes, a reminder email will be sent so you can prepare for your Mante enjoyment ahead of time.
What if I’m going out of town?
If you know you won’t be in town for any particular month I’ll freeze your membership until you’re back - you won’t be charged while you’re not here.
What are the benefits of being a monthly mante member?
You’ll lock in kit prices (saving 15% per kit). Once signed up, you’ll also benefit from 10% discount on extra kits, catering and monthly surprises!
Will payment be taken each month?
Once you sign up for your membership type, you’ll be charged monthly on that same day for the same quantity.
On Billing
Spicy will automatically bill the card on file each month recurring on the day of your sign up. Your Mante will be delivered, on Mante week each month, to the address on file unless otherwise specified. If your card on file is declined, I will reach out to ask for a new card. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, your membership will be canceled.
By entering into this membership agreement, you authorize Spicy to bill your card on file in the total amount of your monthly membership fee. To the extent that the rate of your membership fee changes we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance prior to any rate change.
Minimum Commitment
Memberships have a three month minimum commitment. After that, your membership is month-to-month and can be ended at any time without penalty or charge. To cancel you membership, email me at thespicydolma@gmail.com at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.
Gifting
Gift your month's Mante to a friend or family member three times in a calendar year. Please email me at thespicydolma@gmail.com to set up your gifting.
You’ll be Away
If you know you’ll be away during Mante week, we have two options. We can either double up on the next month or I can easily refund your monthly charge. This home cook will also, likely, take vacations! I may contact you to inform you that your month will be refunded when I need that much-needed vacation.
Membership Discounts
Membership discounts are only valid starting the day your membership begins. Discounts cannot be shared.
